日本的蛋糕卷就是比港式的更有罪恶感, 就以来自大阪的Mon cher为例, 它的主打就是堂岛卷, 也就是蛋卷中心里有忌廉层, 这里的比其他日式同系甜点, 忌廉层更厚, 像是雪糕一样, 蛋糕湿润有蛋香, 味道偏甜, 吃起来当刻很开心, 但之后却后悔非常, 因为胆固醇应该会又超标就是.另一件是堂岛卷的变奏, 蛋卷中心从忌廉变成芒果片, 然后在蛋卷上面放上较薄的忌廉, 吃起来比原本的健康, 但芒果味道偏酸, 而且芒果汁令蛋糕本身湿润的质感, 有点糊化起来. 还是原本的堂岛卷最对味.Mon Cher is originated at Osaka and she is famous for her egg roll.
