Proabably approaching Xmas, service and food standard dropped dramatically. I've been here twice and experience was good, so I took my family here to celebrate winter festival.Service:Quite poor - especially the waitress serving bread. The bread didn't come even we finished the starters. She said the bread needs to warm up and it takes time. However, when she served the bread, it was still cold!! We limited to have 2 rolls only per person but she brought us 10pcs only for 7 pp. She promise

Food:
Starter, soup - good, soup filled with veggie
Main - unacceptable
Angus steak - request half done, but 80% done
免翁牛排- request 70% but only 30% done; another one request 80% but 60% done
Snapper fillet - 'soil' taste, strange
Omlette rice - ok
lamp chop - ok
Dessert - very disappointed, I used to enjoy dessert in here very much. I'd tirimisu, cheese cake, cream bulee before but this time, we were served with a pc of strange cake with 5mm green jelly on top, 20mm whipping cream, 5mm spong cake at bottom...what is that?? I don't want to have a pc of whipping cream as dessert!!!
Another pc of mini puff is ok
Overall is very disappointing especially I brought my big family here
I hope this is 一时失手but I won't go back again unless they have significant improvement.
