锋膳的焗猪扒饭说是全城其中一家最Luxurious的焗猪扒饭, 在锋膳成名之后, 集团公司又在上环开了以川菜主打的井巷子, 但开张过后, 又以片皮鸭成为其主打菜式, 这也是蛮有趣的. 菜式定价可以媲美酒店高级中菜食肆的水平, 但午市的碟头饭和面食相对抵食, 在食材煮法又不会揸流, 值得推介. 我点的是川式牛坑腩饭, 坑腩切粗粒, 份量不少, 酱汁麻度十足, 辣度适中, 惹味但不会吃得太辛苦, 坑腩牛味够, 川酱不会盖过鲜味, 筋膜口感爽弹, 肉质较实但不韧, 脂感少了一点, 吃起来还是不错的. 炒饭用上九川蛋, 蛋香不错且蛋汁均匀地沾在饭粒上, 如果饭身再干身一点就更完美.面食则点了酸菜鱼面, 面和汤分开像在吃沾面, 汤头酸度和辣劲适中, 还能喝到鱼汤的鲜味. 鱼肉份量同样不少, 用上生鱼, 鱼肉肉质Q弹又不会散开, 同样有趣. 小吃以叉烧最为吸引, 基本上就是锋膳的口味, 有很香脆又有焦香的㶶边, 外表偏瘦但肉质嫩滑多汁. 另外切粒的口水鸡和没有脂层的大肠, 相对比传统的吃得更方便和健康, 但始终还是传统的更对我口味.Jing Alley is another luxurious S

Jing Alley is another luxurious Sichuan Restaurant operated by Flower Drum that is famous for her char siu and baked pork loin fried rice. The dinner is really expensive but the lunch is quite down to earth. The fried rice with beef brisket is really nice with the mouth drooling spicy Sichuan sauce. The texture of beef brisket is spongy outside and firmed inside with the tasty fried rice. The sour and spicy fish noodles had fresh fish soup with very balanced sour and spicy flavor. Using snakehead as the fish piece is wisely as the fish pieces are still very firm after cooking. The char siu here is a highlight as it is same with the taste from Flower Drum.
