What we ordered:寿司薄饼（鳗鱼）青龙卷网烧牛舌网烧味淋鱼干高体若日式麻酱豆腐沙律自家玉子烧明太子鸡翼芝麻鸡翼清酒煮蚬蒜香牛油栗米蒜香牛油烧帆立贝鹿儿岛豚肉露笋The one that caught us by surprise was the sushi pizza. We thought it’s cold sushi on top of regular, room temperature sushi rice, but it turned out to be warm, with a hard base. The unagi was sweet and fatty. The surprised base of the pizza was done by pan-fried rice. The grilled ox tongue pieces had good texture. They were big and not that chewy. The 高体若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet.

The 高体若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet. It’s an off menu item and was recommended by the staff. A number of fish had been flown in from Japan the same day, with the 高体若 being one of them. It’s the first time that we tried this fish, which was good.
