早3星期前预约，黎到话无booking。跟住同我哋讲安排我就坐住bar枱位置先，话有枱就安排我哋。跟住等咗个几钟，中间有几张枱走左，我问系咪可以入去坐，跟住个staff话要等下，后面仲有好多人等紧，叫我地等等。如是者，再等左半个钟，中间再有人走，我朋友问系咪可以坐，佢话人哋已经预约咗。好啦，最后我问咗第二个staff，先知道原来处理Booking果个staff将我地张枱比左其他人！原来我地系有booking，但果个staff用左我地个booking比左其他人！原来一直我哋有Booking，但系个staff将自己做错嘅嘢放咗落我哋身上，从而话我哋冇Booking，想赶我哋走！最后系另外一个staff ，帮我哋处理，再俾返张枱我哋！ 本身个booking系九点，最后我哋入到去系10:40！尼间店本身主要消费都唔平，认真讲，啲嘢饮系咪真系好吸引？唔系！纯粹我哋班朋友想一齐揾个地方坐吓倾吓偈，舒舒服服，有好嘅服务！但真系劲失望，估唔到尼度店员做左错嘅嘢，推落顾客身上，点解可以甘做？如果比甘既价钱，有好多店比尼间店做得更加好！唔会再黎！无论嘢饮，定系服务，都唔值！We made a reserv

尼间店本身主要消费都唔平，认真讲，啲嘢饮系咪真系好吸引？唔系！纯粹我哋班朋友想一齐揾个地方坐吓倾吓偈，舒舒服服，有好嘅服务！
但真系劲失望，估唔到尼度店员做左错嘅嘢，推落顾客身上，点解可以甘做？如果比甘既价钱，有好多店比尼间店做得更加好！
唔会再黎！无论嘢饮，定系服务，都唔值！
We made a reservation three weeks in advance, but when we arrived, they said there was no booking. Then they told us to sit at the bar first and that they would arrange a table for us. We waited for a couple of hours, and during that time, several tables became available. When I asked if we could sit at one of those tables, the staff said we had to wait because there were still a lot of people waiting behind us and told us to hold on.
So we waited another half hour, and more people left during that time. My friend asked if we could sit down, and the staff said that those tables were already reserved.
Finally, I asked a second staff member and found out that the staff handling bookings had given our table to someone else! It turned out that we did have a booking, but that staff member mistakenly assigned our table to others! We had a reservation all along, but the staff shifted the blame onto us, claiming we had no booking and trying to rush us out!
In the end, another staff member helped us and finally got us a table! Our booking was at 9:00, and we finally got in at 10:40!
This place is not cheap to begin with, and honestly, are the drinks really that appealing? Not really! Our group just wanted a place to sit and chat comfortably with good service!
But we were really disappointed. I didn’t expect the staff here to make mistakes and put the blame on the customers. How can they do that? For the same price, there are many other places that can do a much better job!
We won’t be coming back! Neither the drinks nor the service are worth it!"
