果然系招牌,系我食过数一数二最好食嘅八爪鱼!
真空低温烹饪法(Sous-Vide),做法系将食物真空包装,然后以合适嘅温度慢煮。食物会呈现非常软嫩的口感,当中的汁液和营养也不会流失。再喺食之前用煎pan大火烧焦表面,就可以呈现到外脆内软嘅味道!底下嘅蕃茄同埋蒜蓉酱好夹,食落去竟然有种食紧章鱼小丸子嘅感觉。同埋呢间餐厅竟然可以将伴菜都整得咁好食,羽衣甘蓝完全唔苦!
