😍好钟意呢个冰镇沙律！菜好新鲜爽口，配搭香脆面包屑，微酸嘅沙律酱超开胃😋唯独车厘茄太软身。连碟同叉都雪冻咗，特别清凉🤣
✧ The salad is by far my favorite one. Fresh and crunchy lettuce, well-seasoned croutons, cherry tomatoes which are however a bit too soft, are mixed perfectly well with the appetizing salad dressing. Served on a cold plate with a chilled fork, the salad is made particularly refreshing for summery days! 🌻

餐厅保留银色餐车，即场切牛肉！
话就话系薄切，其实份量都好大。两款牛扒都叫咗3成熟，牛肉😍色泽粉红，肉质柔软，全无血水。第一啖觉得偏咸，好彩酱汁啱口味😋整体味道唔错，不过牛肉味未算有好大惊喜🙊✧ It is the restaurant’s tradition to serve the beef by a silver cart, designed by the co-founder on his own. The California Cut is a smaller portion of the standard Lawry's Cut. I gather I have underestimated the American food portion after all🤣. The medium-rare steak is soft, spongy, and presents a beautiful pink in the center👍🏻. I suppose it is rather salty at the first bite, fortunately the delicious gravy later downplays the saltiness.

😱未食先兴奋，系超巨型厚切嘅大牛扒！食完我觉得一个月唔洗再食牛扒🤣一切落去就知肉质好鲜嫩😍口感比薄切更佳😋牛扒都会配薯蓉同英式烘薄酥饼，薯蓉好绵滑😍酥饼几香口，但都系偏咸。
✧ To me this is absolutely an enormous steak😨! I wouldn’t bother if I can’t have steak for a month after this. The thick cut steak is remarkably textured, and no doubt as soft and succulent as the California Cut. Yorkshire pudding is crispy but too salty. Mashed potatoes are not at all grainy. I love it so much! 😆
