随著生活繁忙，外出机会减少，在外用膳的机会也少了很多…是日难得半天假，便到处走走。先来到IFC，肚仔饿饿地，见有simply life便入内八一八，看见salad bar有些心头好便要了一份细salad!~细salad可选3-4款, 是日选了4款, 包括:tomato salad, sweet potato with maple syrup and lemon dressing, Caesar及grilled broccoli。tomato salad:除了tomatoes外还有些洋葱, 是略炒过的, 味道oksweet potato with maple syrup and lemon dressing: 蕃薯够淋带微甜, 可惜dressing味道唔出…完全食唔到有枫糖味…Caesar:正常货色, 冇乜特别grilled broccoli:有些少香草味，惟西兰花略为硬左些少整体黎讲SL的食物都算偏贵, 虽然细份salad可以俾你选4款, 但唔好期望会有好多野俾你食, 食物分量是顶肚only。这里是sell”有机”, 所以你是在俾钱吃”有机”!~
