The outer layer of the tofu skin is delicately crispy, while the inside is wrapped with different fungi and vegetables, adding depth to the overall texture of the dish. Accompanied with a smoked cod, the fish dissolve in the mouth, and the sauce is both tangy and sweet, making it a very appetizing dish.

这个炒肠粉看似平凡,但吃上来绝非如此。炒肠粉的豉油不会令肠粉太咸,却增加了肠粉的味道,还是炒的菜式,但不会太过油腻。最惊喜的是厨师起用了虾胶作陪衬,虾胶爽口弹牙,亦提升了整道菜式的鲜味

This restaurant can definitely be considered Michelin 3-star quality. Some seemingly ordinary dishes are surprisingly delightful and bring a lot of pleasant surprises to the diners' taste buds

❌部分菜式上台时不太热,如果温度高一点就更加完美
Some dishes are not very hot when served. If served at a higher temperature, they would be even more perfect.
