這個炒腸粉看似平凡,但吃上來絕非如此。炒腸粉的豉油不會令腸粉太鹹,卻增加了腸粉的味道,還是炒的菜式,但不會太過油膩。最驚喜的是廚師起用了蝦膠作陪襯,蝦膠爽口彈牙,亦提升了整道菜式的鮮味

This restaurant can definitely be considered Michelin 3-star quality. Some seemingly ordinary dishes are surprisingly delightful and bring a lot of pleasant surprises to the diners' taste buds

❌部分菜式上檯時不太熱,如果溫度高一點就更加完美
Some dishes are not very hot when served. If served at a higher temperature, they would be even more perfect.
