汤底嘅酱油味冇乜层次 系好纯粹嘅咸味
慢煮鸡肉就唔够淋身 放系汤入面耐咗会有啲嚡 而且两片肉都有少少雪味
蛋就反而做得几好 蛋黄劲浓郁

I’ve tried Menya Itto’s taiwan branch before, and so this time Ive decided not to have their tsukemen, instead I opted for the normal ramen with the shoyu broth.
The soup base tasted plainly of soy sauce, and lacks depth in its flavours. The slow-cooked chicken breast could be more tender, especially since it gets tougher after it’s soaked in the soup for a while. Both slices of meat also had a bit of that “frozen taste” to it, probably cause of the minimal seasoning.
The egg on the other hand was quite nice - the yolk was rich and well incorporated with the soy sauce that it was soaked in.
