雲吞生麵食 (已結業)

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness," (A tale of two cities - Charles Dickens). 明嘅就会明，唔明嘅， 解释嚟都冇用。今日嚟到呢间舖头，叫咗一碗好出名嘅「猪润面」嚟食。首先讲讲个汤底，系好咸，食得出有师傅，唔系我有皇帝脷，而系任何人都应该会食得出。猪润系煮得过晒火，食落去好干好硬，不过都算有几多片，但质素真系唔系好。个面好重碱水味，唔系好爽口，而且食唔到有蛋味，就系好重碱水味。简单嚟讲，唔系一碗合水准嘅猪润面。
