为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

早排同朋友去试下呢间开左一排既日式料理, 发现佢好多时候门口都有好多人排队.入去坐低之后点左鳗鱼饭, 鳗鱼好林(tender, easy to crush with the teeth), 口感唔错. 鳗鱼汁甜甜地几好味, 唔会太重味. 美中不足系鳗鱼唔多, much rice is left after finishing the grilled ell. this store is recommended to try if you do not fear the long queuing time.
