the first time for hot-pot within 2 hours in a chinese restaurant , though I arrive a little bit early & watching their preparation, customers around 10 already lineup for checking the ticket before the entrance; not more than 5 mins, I arrange the hotpot soup-base for myself first, as waiting for my friend on her way, I start to order the FREE-foods on the paper which listout include dumpling, beefs ,pork etc not more than 8 types. the first time for hot-pot within 2 hours in a chinese restaurant , though I arrive a little bit early & watching their preparation, customers around 10 already lineup for checking the ticket before the entrance; not more than 5 mins, I arrange the hotpot soup-base for myself first, as waiting for my friend on her way, I start to order the FREE-foods on the paper which listout include dumpling, beefs ,pork etc not more than 8 types. Soup base are total 8 types too; then the other like drinks or some dishes need to pay for yourself (e.g. soft-drink like coke is $15 for 3 bottle); at the same time I move to the foods corner invest various foods & vegetables after I settle all things on my table: it's about 5 to 6 types green vegetables from the left, then meat balls, sausages, fish-skin cracker, meats & fish, pork-liver & 内脏, 鹌鹑蛋, bean-curds, mushrooms, gourd /melons, corn & pumpkin, noodle & wudon etc. can be fullfill family & friends if you never over-expected. The fire is strong enough to cook those foods rapidly, thus we ask for a extra free-pot of hot water during friend need to take drug, we feel ok even everyone got a small cup of sugar-cane juice only! We chat along for few round of foods & watching tv, feel ok as spacious place & good service to tidy the table regularly make me feel comfortable for my return next time ! (i.e. cos I have somemore couple on hand ^^!)
