蟹肉温泉蛋沙律 (Crab Meat Salad with Onsen Tamago)
蟹肉份量颇多，将温泉蛋切开后，蛋黄将蟹肉黏住，能够同时品尝蟹肉嘅鲜味同蛋黄黏稠嘅质感。
Crab meats are in large portions. The egg yolk is spread over the crab meat and salad. You can enjoy the freshness of crab meat together with the lava texture of onsen tamago.

串烧 (Skewers)
串烧一共十串，当中尤其出色嘅有牛舌、免治鸡肉棒、同烟肉荔枝。牛舌厚切，质感弹牙，略加黑椒同盐作调味已能衬托出多汁嘅牛舌。鸡肉棒本身鸡肉嘅味道已经较为浓郁，加上蛋黄令质感嫩滑。荔枝嘅甜味同烟肉嘅咸味形成强烈对比，而荔枝亦令整体嘅感觉冇咁滞。
There are ten skewers in total, among which we appreciate the beef tongue, minced chicken stick, and bacon on lychee the most. The beef tongue is thickly sliced and has a springy texture. A slight seasoning of black pepper and salt can bring out the juiciness of the beef tongue. The chicken stick has a richer taste of chicken than other chicken sticks. The addition of egg yolk smoothens the texture of the chicken stick. The sweetness of lychee is in sharp contrast with the saltiness of the bacon. The lychee also reduces the greasiness of the skewer.

烟熏烤羊架 (Smoked Lamb Rack)
羊架嘅烟熏味道好突出，蘸上一旁嘅薄荷酱能够带入一种清新嘅味道，同时减少油腻感。
The smoky taste of the lamb rack is outstanding. The mint sauce aside brings a refreshing flavour to the lamb rack and reduces the greasiness at the same time.

鸡皮虎虾 (Chicken Skin on Tiger Prawn)
虎虾大只，肉质新鲜弹牙，用香脆嘅鸡皮包裹住，令质感更有层次感。虾膏连同虾肉一同进食更为美味。
The tiger prawn is large, with a fresh and springy texture. The crispy chicken skin gives layering to the texture. It's mouth-watering to have it together with the prawn paste.
