特上寿司拼盘(10件) (Sushi Platter) $250
十款嘅寿司算系较大路嘅款式，有海胆、三文鱼子、吞拿鱼等，但我哋认为依三款唔算特别，实属正常发挥。当中印象较深刻的有灸烧金线鲷，灸烧后嘅油香颇为浓烈。另一款较深刻嘅系深海池鱼，味道清甜肥美，而且质感颇爽。
There are 10 types of sushi for the sushi platter, which are mainly the common one like sea urchin, salmon roe and tuna. The first sushi impressed us is grilled threadfin breams, which is rich in oily aroma after grilling. Another one is shima aji, which tastes sweet and fat, with a bouncy texture.

芥辣八爪鱼手卷 (Wasabi Octopus) $12
八爪鱼质感爽脆，配上芥辣几开胃，惟手卷紫菜唔够脆。
The octopus tastes crispy and appetizing as it is marinated with wasabi. However, the seaweed is not that crunchy.

油甘鱼 (Hamachi) $20
味道肥美嘅油甘鱼，我哋经常食嘅一款鱼生，值得一试。
Hamachi is on our must-order sushi list, as it is a delicacy with its fat and sweetness.

赤贝 (Akagai) $38
质感爽厚而且味道新鲜，喜欢贝类嘅朋友绝对要试。
Akagai has a fresh taste and bouncy texture. People who love shellfish must love akagai.

吞拿鱼 (Tuna) $20
正常发挥嘅赤身，味道颇浓。整体而言，建议单点而非拼盘，因为拼盘嘅寿司唔算出色，倒不如叫自己钟意嘅寿司品尝。
It is the lean part of the tuna, which has a richer taste. In general, we suggest you not to order the sushi platter, as it is not as outstanding as expected. Instead, it is a better option to order à la carte sushi, where you can choose the sushi you like.
