放工刚巧下着绵绵小雨，我撑着伞走到中环史丹顿街，雨开始渐大。电话中的朋友要我随便挑个餐厅坐着等。于是我找到了Bistronomique 。店内气氛跟室外截然不同，温暖安静又舒适，使在雨中显得狼狈的我顿然释怀，就像是电话只剩1%时接上了充电器的喜悦和从容。坐下来安顿了自己后来看看餐牌。哦，他们主打 6 courses dinner set. 由$399至$599一位，任君挑选。一个餐有6款食物，3前菜，1汤，1主菜，1甜品，实在蛮吸引的，那就每人一个$399套餐试试看吧！Fresh whole wheat buns- warm & tasty - chewy with high fibre Caesar salad - first time had Caesar salad with half boiled egg- what a creative combination- everything was impeccably match - love the dressing it was so rich & yummy !- all vegs were fresh & tasty 👍B

Baby squid with spicy pepperoni
- very cute & chewy texture
- those Spanish pepperoni were just so great !
- extremely tasty & superb in flavour !
- very rich aroma in roasted garlic & chili
Pan seared Foie Gras w. Carameled fruits
- Yummy yummy !! Love those fatty oil from the goose liver !
- Tasted incredibly nice at perfect heat !
- Though it was a bit oily, it was definitely a tempting evil treat !!
- Those carameled sweet apple tasted good too
Truffled salt cod brandade
- very fine cod fish meat blended with truffle to serve on a piece of crispy bread !!
- super delicious !! What a superb sneak !! Truffle smelled so good !! And it was my first time to have whole flakes of truffle instead of jam.
- very soft & fine in texture.
Fish soup
- Very strong flavour of fish & shrimp/lobster
- Condensed texture with croutons in it.
- So rich in texture, very filling, but a bit too salty
- It was a surprise to have European fish soup like this.
AUS. Wagyu Beef Cheek
- A lighter taste of beef compared to steaks.
- Very tender & collagen like texture.
- Chewy and soft, well seasoned.
- Very thick in size
Chicken in red wine
- love those sweet carrots, soft & sweet.
- super tender chicken meat.
- you will find the sweet taste came from carrots & onion in the sauce & on chicken skin.
- though it was a bit heavy & too strong in flavour but should be ok for most people.
- highly appreciated the smashed potato ! So yum ! Love it's smooth, creamy & airy texture ! Very nice !
Daily dessert - lesson custard crêpe
- Love this sweet & sour twist, very refreshing !
- The custard was very creamy & lemony.
- The crêpe was crispy & thin, allowing more room for air & fillings.
- Served in cold made it so chill !
At last, you won't forget those friendly & funny staff ! They offered to allow us to sit until shop close due to heavy rain. But we both live far away so we didn't stay too long but had a nice chat with them.
