要数香港嘅德国菜,最多人熟识当然系集团式经营嘅King Ludwig。当然仲有Holiday Inn入面嘅Deli corner及河内道嘅Biergarten。King Ludwig水准只是普通,Deli corner及Biergarten还好些。数来数去,就系未去过亚士厘道楼上舖weinstube...跟老友食家一样,好恨去呢度试。趁住是晚去完沪江后有余兴,太座又未吃饭,就来个下场...严格上呢度不单只供应德国嘢如Pork knuckle、sausage platter,仲有瑞士嘅racliffe cheese及匈牙利国菜Goulash等等,可谓集各家之大成也...地方好宁静,枱只得三数张,再加埋系平日,人更少。除咗我哋之外,其余全部都系外籍人仕。咁嘅setting,真系最啱三五知己入嚟饮酒吹水...美中不足嘅系竟然冇我嘅挚爱Hoegarden供应,实在太失败la...转而叫个warsteiner,入口顺喉,叫做聊胜于无la...要叫嘢送酒,一定唔少得pork knuckles及sausage platter。肠拼盘共有六至七款选择,个人嘅心水系cheese bratwurst,有脂

等了差不多半个钟嘅pork knuckle亦有相当水准 --- 皮经过先炸后焗之后肥油尽去,只余脆啪啪之口感,肉颜色微红,够淰糯之余味道又不死咸,又系用嚟送酒嘅妙品...
一口猪手一口啤酒,响咁宁静嘅环境下,摊响sofa度跟老友谈天说地。人生夫复何求呢 ?
