今日我去咗大埔富山居食日本菜，佢嘅防疫措施都做到好足㗎，枱与枱之间嘅空间非常足够，枱与枱之间亦都有夹板隔开。火炙三文鱼卷三文鱼固然鲜味啦，一睇就知道师傅系用足心机，佢先汐三文鱼喺饭上面用火炙，然后先至放三文鱼子，喂师傅再用沙律酱装饰碟面，简直系艺术品一样！蟹子沙律份量简直超值，四个人都食唔晒，青瓜丝非常之新鲜，师傅放蟹子毫不吝啬，唯一嘅缺点就系太多沙律酱，而家净系减肥嘅我唯有食少啲啦！I went to Fu Shan Restaurant in Tai Po today and they have taken good precautionary measures. Fire-roasted salmon rolls
The salmon is delicious, but you can tell that the chef has put a lot of thought into it. He sears the salmon on top of the rice, then puts the salmon roe on top, and then decorates the plate with salad sauce.
Crab Roe Salad
The portion was worth the price, even for four people. The cucumber was very fresh and the chef was not stingy with the crab roe, the only drawback was that there was too much salad dressing, and I had to eat less because I am on a diet!
