今日同韩国朋友去咗尖沙咀一间韩国餐厅度食饭超级多人，不断有人等位。好好生意。因为我朋友妈妈系韩国人，所以她通常都知道边啲系韩式餐厅。这间就非常之韩式家乡风。韩式饭波韩式饭波通常以饭为基底我想紫菜说同埋芝麻咗佢特制嘅调味料，食韩国菜可以自己攞手猜猜，好得意。韭菜薄饼薄饼外脆内软，里面包裹著丰富的韭菜馅料。韭菜的香气与薄饼的酥脆形成完美的对比，搭配酸酱油或醋来食，更加出色。大酱汤再加一个白饭，今餐真系好饱。韩式炒粉丝韩式炒粉丝以粉丝和韩式酱油和辣椒粉调味。炒至金黄的粉丝吸收了酱汁的味道，口感滑顺 。下次一定要推介咸香的饭波。Today, I went to a Korean restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with some friends. The pancakes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a rich chive filling. The aroma of the chives perfectly contrasts with the crispiness of the pancakes. They taste even better when paired with soy sauce or vinegar.
I also ordered a soybean paste soup with a bowl of white rice; I was really full after this meal.

The Korean stir-fried glass noodles are seasoned with Korean soy sauce and chili powder. The noodles are stir-fried until golden, absorbing the flavors of the sauce, resulting in a smooth texture.
