We had dinner andthere were 14 of us. This place itself is fairly average ambience and do not expect French or any fancy decorations. Each room/area is seperated by curtains which is not effective at all noise level is high everywhere. Honestly food is ok or simply average and not really the type of stuff you will refer to your friends, remember the taste or go back a second time. WORST OF ALL is SERVICE.If you pay approx. $300-350 per person at a restaurant you do have EXPECTATION about service
If you pay approx. $300-350 per person at a restaurant you do have EXPECTATION about services and this place is crap.. we had abosolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING for the whole nite and it was around 30 degrees outside and inside. The waitresses was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and when we complianed about the temperature, she simply RAISED her voice and said THIS IS CENTRAL AIR CON AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT..IT IS AT ITS MAXIMUM already....when we further inquired, it turned out that it is NOTHING to do with central A/C it is all due to the private area (close to Fire Exit) does not have ANY individual air conditioning that will cover the area. this is totally UNACCEPTABLE...we ate and drink wine with SWEAT and the restaurant offered NOTHING to make the situation better i.e. fan, ice water, ice cream, apologies except for giving us ATTITUDE.
Private restaurants are all about good food, homey environment and good services.
This place offers none of that and you decide on you own if you would like to go there.
A very disappointing and upsetting evening.
