一去到已经scan 定QR code 排队等,前面有几个人等紧,等咗阵终于到我;当个staff 安排我黎入座的时候无啦啦有新到客人打断我地对话,就问个staff 坐唔坐得个outdoor table, 个staff 话OK; 我即刻同个staff 讲其实我系等紧个outdoor seat,个staff 话outdoor 唔洗拎ticket,系first come first serve,之后我话咁如果first come first serve 都系我黎先之后个客人唔肯走,仲好醒咁即刻叫埋食。然后我就企咗系度,个staff 同我讲sorry,我话我黎就系为咗佢个outdoor seat,后尾应该系老板娘的人过咗黎,重复返先我同个staff 的对话,之后话返我转头话我冇同个staff 讲清楚,我话我讲紧个阵比人打断左,之后老板娘就话'you don't have to be rude' 'i will not kick that table away, you can choose to dine in or go away' 'im not going to spend more ti

完全想像唔到 Arrangement 可以咁混乱之如,明明自已handle 有问题仲可以blame the customer; 我跟规矩等完仲可以话返个客人,老板娘态度真系不得了。 第一次黎以为就咁排队,等到咁上下先问个staff, 个staff 话要scan QR code, 最终冇等走咗; 第二次黎,即刻scan 见到太多人等,都系冇等走咗; 今次等完发生咁嘅事,仲可以比人话返转头
