- Mentaiko Cream Sauce Pasta with Crab Sticks
The pasta combines the salty freshness of mentaiko with creamy smoothness, while the crab sticks add a seafood flavor. The pasta has a chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the sauce. Black pepper, onions, and cheese are the best combinations, and the chef has done an excellent job with the pairing.
- Signature Peter Hot Dog
The bun is very crispy, paired with mustard and ketchup. The hot dog toppings are fresh, and there's a special crunch added, which I highly recommend.
- Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea
The Hainan tea has a unique aroma and a subtle sweetness. It has 30% coffee mixed in, making it a delightful blend. It feels refreshing after drinking.
- Hibiscus Aloe Vera Drink
The hibiscus is sweet and sour, while the aloe vera adds freshness. The vibrant color makes it visually pleasing.
-Refreshing Healthy Drink
The balance of sweet and sour is very well achieved; the lemon's tartness blends perfectly with the sweetness of honey, while ginger adds a slight spiciness. The addition of aloe vera makes it even fresher, making it perfect for drinking in winter.
