🍜尖沙咀平和拉面 清新鸡汤拉面🐥返香港前已bookmark平和拉面😍！餐厅位于棉登径小巷，开业半年左右。鸡汤拉面用鸡骨高汤作汤头，有别于富泡抺感嘅鸡白汤(座银、泓一等)，汤底较清新不油腻，但不乏香醇鸡味😆。整体出品用心，价钱合理。有机会要试吓酱油拉面😋！Tucked away at the end of Minden Avenue, Heiwa Ramen opened in mid 2023. While the chicken broth is rich, it is light and not too oily at the same time✨. In comparison, Zagin Soba or Wonyi Ramen dish up creamier chicken broth. Would like to try their signature shoyu ramen in the future
