上菜嘅时候,侍应教我哋可以将上面嘅脆片打碎,将脆片上嘅海胆同鱼子酱混合埋下面嘅炖蛋一齐食,而炖蛋里面仲有好多松叶蟹肉,连埋一齐食,味道十分鲜甜,𠮶炖蛋仲好滑!
Appetizer - Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll
之前食鹅肝都系用煎嘅,而依道菜嘅鹅肝系用蒸嘅方法烹调,鹅肝非常香滑而不油腻。再配搭黑朱古力卷,可以将朱古力嘅甜味同鹅肝嘅油脂融合,有独特而丰富嘅口感!
Main - Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver
我叫嘅主菜系𩽾𩾌鱼脸颊配𩽾𩾌鱼肝,鱼嘅肉质有弹性而且鲜美,再配上脆炸鱼肝,外脆内软,又系另一种层次!几特别!
Main - M8 Oyster Blade Beef, Oyster Leaf salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
朋友拣咗5成熟嘅M8牛板腱,煎得好香,肉汁鲜嫩,再配埋牡蛎叶沙律同蓝芝士酱,更加突显牛嘅肉味!
Pre-dessert - Lime Sorbet
食甜品之前饮返杯迷你青柠冰沙清清味蕾,饮落去非常清新!想再encore多杯!
Dessert - Classic Apple Pie with Parma Ham & Meat Floss
甜品系苹果批,卖相好精致,用拿破仑饼底加上苹果肉同Parma Ham碎,咸甜交错,非常喜欢!
