— Can’t go wrong with ox tongue when having yakiniku! The thin slices cooked really quickly and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. They also went so well with the scallions which added a boost of flavour.
Pic 2️⃣: 烟熏苹果木肉松露和牛他他
— This was so good! The wagyu tartare was fresh, and the meat had the perfect amount of fattiness to it. Loved the truffle sauce which really elevated the flavours and went so well with the raw egg yolk to bind everything together. The apple slices added a nice sweetness to every bite and lighten up the flavours.
Pic 3️⃣: 日式芝士蟹籽鸟肶饭卷
— Good way to fill you up. These sushi rolls are filled with a delicious deep fried chicken thigh which was tender and well marinated. The melted cheese and ikura on top made the roll extra flavourful and decadent.
Pic 4️⃣: 老饕澳洲M5/M6和牛牛板腱
— Good marbling on this, tender with a delicate beefy flavour.

— Chicken was well marinated and juicy.

— Great way to start and also a delicious palate cleanser in between. The plum wine jelly had a slight acidity to it which really helped open up your appetite further.

— Great selection of veggies to choose from!

— Strong grape flavours and loved the nata de coco which added a good chew.

— Nice citrusy profile to it, loved that the drink wasn’t overly sweet.
