Overall experience is certainly NOT what I would consider kaiseki - "a type of art form that balances the taste, texture, appearance, and colors of food." (Wiki)

Lunch was $680 + 10% service charge per person. The food tasted mediocre, and presentation was poor (not appealing) in my opinion. Photos below for your own judgment.

1. Black sesame tofu with crab meat. I enjoyed the black sesame tofu the most out of the entire meal.

2. This was essentially steamed egg topped with pasta sauce, which covered all of the egg flavour. Felt like I was just eating pasta sauce. Did not like it.

3. Sashimi - average

4. Deep fried shrimp taro root and chestnut. I liked it, but again, not very appetizing especially to be called kaiseki.

5. Grilled golden threadfin bream. Tastes average, but nothing special and doesn't look appealing to me.

6. Chicken and mushroom rice. Rice was ok, but nothing special really. I'd describe it as japanese style 北菇雞飯

7. Chestnut pudding and vanilla ice cream - average

Overall, for this price, food flavour and presentation, I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
