为了减低我既post holiday depression syndrome XD, 去食了个廉价法国菜lunch~~前菜: 西洋菜忌廉汤好有中式西洋菜猪骨汤feel, 可惜唔够cream太稀了, crouton又太硬, salad一般Main course:- Deep fried cordon Bleu: 吉列鸡胸醸芝士, 估唔到个鸡胸几滑又多汁, 叉一拮D芝士即刻流哂出来, 加上火腿片既咸香令味道多点层次, 最紧要系食完都唔觉油腻~~good good! Side dish既薯条够味但太幼不是我杯茶~~Prawn risotto in ink cream sauce: 试了一啖, 够creamy但又唔会太杰, ink risotto来说一定比中环那间fofo好吃(贵加咸到似饮海水, 果真一试难忘-.-), 略嫌墨鱼味唔够浓, 还有唔系prawn系shrimp, D虾唔大只的~以这价钱来说中规中矩吧~~Dessert: 同事1号在我的威迫下叫了不一样的甜品XD caramel cake not overly sweet yet the caramel flavor is quite
