独特、微酸又开胃的酱油汤底
✧Unique slightly sour soup
烧黑豚沾面只系多三块肉，肥膏都几多，不太推介。
✧Grilled kurobuta pork belly tsukemen is basically shugetsu tsukemen with three pieces of rather fatty meat.
汤本身已有唔少肉，近一年肉质有改善，软身咗好多。
✧Shugetsu tsukemen already offers enough pork. The meat quality improves a lot this year. It is softer.

Spicy Shugetsu Tsukemen
200g的面对男士来说刚刚好，大食可选择300g
✧200g is considered a regular portion for a man. If you are hungry or have a big stomach, go for the biggest portion- 300g.
汤底十分辣，但有点过咸，面条浸得耐就会过咸
✧The soup is spicy and a little bit too salty. Noodles turn more salty if they are soaked for a long time.

注意︰冇溏心蛋！周月溏心蛋甜度刚好，蛋黄呈出色半流心状，钟意食蛋一定要食！
✧Alert: soft boil egg is not included! Egg lovers should never miss it! Moderately sweet. Egg yolk is cooked on point!
