位于中环的法国菜 Clarence 米芝莲摘星主厨Oliver Elzer 主理,今次我哋拣咗lunch time去试吓weekend lunch menu! 可以选择2-4个courses!前菜方面,我自己最钟意Beef Carpaccio, Shallot Dressing, Parmesan & Rocket ,生牛肉片嘅配埋干葱酱汁劲夹,肉味浓而唔腥,真系好出色。Tuna with Two Spices, Avocado Puree, Shallot Dressing 呢个吞拿肉嘅做法非要fusion ,有点和风嘅感觉,配埋牛油果蓉一齐食都几refreshing。Eggplant Escabeche, Poached Egg & Triveso Leaves ,腌渍嘅茄子酸酸甜甜,加埋流心蛋同紫色苦白菜,唔想咁heavy点呢款都唔错。主菜方面Yellow Chicken Cooked “Crapaudine” Basquise Garnish & Chicken Sauce 味道调得岩岩好,锁住啲肉汁,而家皮烧到香脆,值得点。Wagyu Tenderloin M6 用上肩胛小菲

主菜方面Yellow Chicken Cooked “Crapaudine” Basquise Garnish & Chicken Sauce 味道调得岩岩好,锁住啲肉汁,而家皮烧到香脆,值得点。Wagyu Tenderloin M6 用上肩胛小菲力,呢个部分少油脂但好软淋,肉味好够而且口感好好,叫medium rare 最适合不过🤤
甜品方面试左Hot Camembert,第一次试呢款热熔金文毕芝士,芝士好浓郁带强烈嘅咸香,用上法包点住黎食,加返啲蜜糖中和少少个味,都几特别😙 加多少少黑椒更有另一番风味!Croffle, Salt Caramel Sauce & Normandy Milk Ice-cream终于俾我食到令人满意嘅Croffle,压成窝夫状仍然保持到牛角包嘅酥松,配埋焦糖海盐酱同牛奶雪糕一齐食简直系无懈可击🤤 Poached French Peach, Whipped Cream, Milk Ice-cream 鲜桃配埋鲜忌廉同雪糕,食晒都唔觉得罪恶感大!
