假日难得空闲, 经朋友介绍下, 同家人一起试咗呢间位于西环高街既意大利小馆 Trattoria Caffe Monteverdi. It’s a rare free time during the holidays. After being introduced by a friend, I tried it with my family. Once you enter the restaurant, the decor is comfortable and full of Christmas atmosphere. It feels warm. The certificate on the wall attracts the eye. It is verified that it is OSPITALITA' ITALIANA. It is officially recognized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Italy. It is an Italian restaurant. It is equivalent to "Golden Q" certification. It can be seen that the inconspicuous small shop is quite powerful!
而我地试咗佢介绍既lunch set. 相对晚市, lunch set cp值较高,比较实惠.
首先有头盘包括软餐包, 南瓜汤, 同青菜沙律. 面包新鲜出炉,颇为软熟. 而且厨师顾及食客用餐,转登将面包cut成bite size,方便入口.值得一赞! 汤味道不过不失, 青菜沙律用料新鲜,简单配上橄榄油就已经好好味.
And I decided to try their lunch set. lunch set is more affordable. First of all, there is a starter including bread, pumpkin soup, and green vegetable salad. The bread is freshly baked, quite softly cooked. And the chef takes into account the diners to eat, make the bread cut into bite size, easy to eat.the green vegetable salad is fresh.
而我地lunch既主菜包括:
Spaghetti Vongole (Clam) 白酒岘肉意粉. 岘壳颇多而新鲜, 以清香既白酒烹制而成. 加上弹牙既意粉,味道啱啱好! 绝对系简单而不失礼既意大利佳肴.
The main dishes of our lunch include: Spaghetti Vongole (Clam) Spaghetti with White Wine and Meat. The shells are plentiful and fresh, cooked with a fragrant white wine. With the addition of spaghetti, the taste is good! It is definitely a simple but tet tasty Italian cuisine.
而另一道主菜Hunter's Chicken更加令人惊喜! 香嫩多汁既烧春鸡配上秘制既番茄酱汁令人食指大动. 味道浓得黎又讨喜. 绝对系Trattoria Caffe既招牌菜!
The other main dish, Hunter's Chicken, is even more surprising! The tender and juicy roasted spring chicken with the secret tomato sauce is very exciting. The flavor is rich and delightful. It is definitely the signature dish of Trattoria Caffe!
大块朵颐后随餐仲有贴心奉上餐茶同甜品. 甜品当然唔少得意大利奶冻 - Panna Cotta! 香浓既鲜奶冻配上橄榄油食用据说系最传统既食法. 清新得黎又唔会太滞! 又系一款平衡得啱啱好既甜品! 可谓系非常满足既一餐假日午餐!
there is a hearty serving of tea and desserts. Desserts are Panna Cotta! It is said that the fragrant fresh panna cotta with olive oil is the most traditional ready-to-eat method.It’s a well-balanced dessert! It’s a very satisfying holiday lunch!
