Today at this tuna restaurant, I personally witnessed the chef slicing open a whole tuna. The tuna was incredibly fresh, with vibrant-colored flesh that was firm and free of any off-putting odors. The chef's cutting technique was meticulous, using sharp knives to maintain the integrity and texture of the fish. Besides the food itself, the service and environment also impact the overall dining experience. An elegant dining atmosphere, professional service, and the chef's live demonstration all enhance customer satisfaction. Japanese tuna is typically quite pricey, and the chef's skill in slicing the tuna was remarkable.

- Scallop Rice Cake
- Freshly sliced bluefin tuna
- Hokkaido scallops

- Sashimi Shumai
- Spicy mentaiko
- Hand-cut Japanese bluefin tuna tartare

- Parent-Child Crab Stick Shumai
- Crab roe + flying fish roe
- Hand-cut Japanese bluefin tuna tartare

These two types of shumai were exceptionally delicious and very unique. The tuna tartare was rich and flavorful, a must-try for tuna lovers.
