Staff are unreasonably rude and disrespectful. We visited the stall on 22 December in Stanley Plaza (Christmas theme) at night. We saw there were types of wine available for tasting and asked whether we could taste any. The staff rudely said: “we don’t want to waste it (the wine)”, refusing to offer any. Staff were sitting there the whole time from the moment we approached the stall, looked at the descriptions on the wine and made enquiries about it. They were not attentive, welcoming nor passio
We visited the stall on 22 December in Stanley Plaza (Christmas theme) at night. We saw there were types of wine available for tasting and asked whether we could taste any. The staff rudely said: “we don’t want to waste it (the wine)”, refusing to offer any.
Staff were sitting there the whole time from the moment we approached the stall, looked at the descriptions on the wine and made enquiries about it. They were not attentive, welcoming nor passionate in attending to their customers. Their service and attitudes were so bad as they were rude and disrespectful. We will never buy anything from here anymore and will never recommend it to anyone.
At the end we shopped for some German wine elsewhere. So shame on you for being rude and assuming that we won’t spend money on this!
