母亲节一早订了11人枱， 今日打去询问可唔可以带狗仔佢话唔可以， 其实都冇问题，虽然在Openrice相片中见到有狗喺佢餐厅里面 。再问佢可唔可以坐terrace／balcony，佢话唔可以， 那位外籍人士重好串咁话我哋唔可以起个terrace /balcony畀你， 态度极之恶劣， 还主动提议话可以cancel 个booking，系唔系冇咗限聚令有少少生意就可以咁过份呢？ 当然我哋取消咗booking， 唔知佢啲嘢系唔系真系全香港最好食都好( 相信唔会系） ，但系佢啲咁嘅态度行为实在过份， 如果想去嘅请谂一谂先， 钟意受气食饭嘅就冇问题。I had a reservation made weeks ago for Mothers day's lunch and called them today to enquire whether we can bring our little dog along, the answer was no which is fine even though I can see the photos in Open Rice had dogs insid
I had a reservation made weeks ago for Mothers day's lunch and called them today to enquire whether we can bring our little dog along, the answer was no which is fine even though I can see the photos in Open Rice had dogs inside the restaurant. Then when asked whether we can be assisgned to sit on the terreace/balcony, the guy sarcastically replied that they cannot build a terrace/ balcony for us.. and proactively asked us to cancel the booking ....WTF,....so one day of better business opportunity can treating your customer like this ? No wonder they have some bad comments on their services in the past, who cares they have the best food in HK which I don't think they have but with this kind of attitude and rude behavior，please consider before anyone want to visit.
