▫️黑松露慢煮安格斯牛沾面▫️安格斯牛有四块咁多，仲系大大块，个size直情系好似系系块牛扒簿切出嚟咁👍🏻 虽然咁大块，但系大家都应该见到，个色泽好靓，系高质野，所以食落去都好淋😍 有牛味之余，个阵炭烧味仲好突出添🤤沾面汤底仲有惊喜，黑松露味都几够，仲有成只扇贝添🥰总括嚟讲，个人几钟意👍🏻▫️柚子灸烧三文鱼沾面▫️沾面汤底来讲其实佢唔算好杰，所以可能有人会觉得佢唔够浓厚。但系我觉得可接受的，因为唔会太重口味/太咸，食完要灌水个只😅 相对块三文鱼就咸啲…虽然啖啖鱼油香，但柚子味唔突出😂 点解食沾面都叫三文鱼？纯粹系柚子同埋钟意食三文鱼😜 但系可以更好的😚▫️Slow cooked angus beef with truffle tsukemen▫️The slow cooked beef is outstanding. 沾面汤底来讲其实佢唔算好杰，所以可能有人会觉得佢唔够浓厚。但系我觉得可接受的，因为唔会太重口味/太咸，食完要灌水个只😅 相对块三文鱼就咸啲…虽然啖啖鱼油香，但柚子味唔突出😂 点解食沾面都叫三文鱼？纯粹系柚子同埋钟意食三文鱼😜 但系可以更好的😚

The slow cooked beef is outstanding. It is so tender, and they bring out extra smoky flavour by searing the beef. Totally dynamite!
Its broth isn’t ordinary at all. They add black truffle paste and a fan scallop in it, extra point! Score✔️
▫️Yuze grilled salmon tsukenmen▫️
Their broth isn’t as thick and intense in flavour. But don’t get me wrong, I still see it as a pro, because it is not too salty to a point where I need to gulp down tons of water.
However, the salmon was way too salty for me and I could barely taste the Yuze flavour, which disappointed me a little. I’ve tried the chashu before, and it’s so much better than the salmon.
