今次要介绍凯餐厅系位于跑马地嘅 Dough Bros，主打披萨同冬甩嘅外卖专卖店。所有披萨都系即叫即制，透过玻璃窗可以观赏到披萨由面团到成形嘅过程，保证新鲜出炉。整体而言，不论披萨同冬甩都好高质，定价合理，值得推荐。Dough Bros is located in Happy Valley, specializes in pizza and doughnuts. The Truffle $168
披萨适当嘅厚度，配上大量嘅水牛芝士，炮制出松软且略带烟韧嘅质感。用上黑松露酱同白松露油，令披萨飘逸住一股浓烈嘅黑松露香。而火箭菜嘅点缀增添少量辛辣嘅味道。值得一提嘅系 Dough Bros 于酱料上都好花心思，额外 $10 就可以加配黑松露酱、烧烤酱、大蒜香草酱等，为披萨嘅味道增添层次。
The right thickness together with the mozzarella cheese gives the pizza a perfectly soft and chewy texture. The use of black truffle base and white truffle oil gives an aromatic flavour, while the addition of rockets creates a slightly spicy flavour. Dough Bros is very thoughtful about their dips. With an extra $10, you can choose your favourite dips including truffle sauce, bbq sauce, and garlic herb sauce etc. The choice of dips really enriches the flavour of the pizza.

The Works $158
The Works 用上墨西哥辣椒，以辛辣嘅味道作为主调。在此之上加上肉丸同香肠增添咸香嘅味道，整体嘅味道较 The Truffle 要浓烈。The Works gives a strong spicy flavour with the addition of Jalapeno, topped with pork meatballs and pepperoni. Overall, The Works has a much stronger flavour than The Truffle.

Doughnuts $38
冬甩有多种口味可供选择，包括果酱、吉士、Nutella、杏等。当中我哋尤其欣赏杏味冬甩，酸甜嘅味道配上松软嘅质感，令人不自觉食完一个又一个。
There are a variety of flavours to choose from, including jam, custard, Nutella, and apricot etc. Among them, we particularly appreciate the apricot flavoured doughnuts. It's simply exquisite to have the sweet and sour taste of apricot together with the soft texture of the doughnut.
