第一次试食呢间餐厅，今次用咗个外卖自取优惠，一个烟肉大爆炸芝士牛肉汉堡加炸薯条都系$58，真系抵到烂呀！先讲吓佢个烟肉大爆炸芝士牛肉汉堡，拎外卖到开餐相隔咗10分钟，食嘅时候依然keep到个温度热热哋。个包软硬度适中，块牛肉仲有肉汁，芝士同酱汁好味，可改善嘅地方系块烟肉，如果唔整到咁干肉应该会好食啲。另外个薯条炸得唔错，外脆内软，唔会炸到干晒，份量仲好足够。整体黎讲食物方面系推介嘅!This was my first time trying this restaurant. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I used a takeout discount where I got a Smoke Beef Big Bang Cheese Burger plus fries for only $58 - what a great deal!
First talking about the Bacon Boom Burger, when I brought the takeout office and ate it 10 minutes later, it was still nicely warm. The bun had a good softness while still holding together well. The beef patty was juicy and the cheese and sauces had good flavors. The only area for potential improvement would be the bacon - if it wasn't quite so dry, it might taste better. In addition, the fries were cooked well - crispy outside and soft inside, not over-fried so as to be dried out. The portion was also quite filling. Overall in terms of the food, I would recommend it!
