Frites House Mussels
Diced tomato, garlic, onion, light cream, mussels w/ frites HKD 245 (1/2kilo)
Haven’t had pot mussels in years!! Think the last time must have been at Belgo in London🙈 Their mussels were fresh with a smooth texture, highly recommend their house sauce to go with it, just the right amount of creaminess, be sure to get some of that sauce, diced tomatoes and onions together with the mussels in each bite, and I am sure you will love it! The frites were too hard for my liking though🙈好耐冇食过咁大煲青口，青口好新鲜，质感顺滑，加埋忌廉同埋切碎嘅蕃茄洋葱，非常够味！👍🏻不过略嫌薯条炸得太硬😂

w/ caramelised vegetables
This was quite a feast! The meat part was super tender, I love dipping it in the meaty sauce on the plate with a touch of Dijon mustard, extra juicy and flavourful! The skin was quite chewy and didn’t achieve that crispy texture though. But I must say my favourite part was the caramelised carrots!!! So deliciously soft and sweet! The potatoes were good too but we were too full to finish them🙈上菜真系吓亲，好大碟呀！肉质非常软淋，一啲都唔韧，点埋碟上面嘅汁再加少少芥辣，味道一流！🤤不过猪皮就一啲都唔脆， 有少少可惜。另外我最钟意就系煮到又淋又甜嘅红萝卜，薯仔都觉得好香，不过实在太饱，食唔晒🤣
