Every time I take a budget airline with my kids, it‘s always a big challenge! This time, I want to introduce the lounge we always go to before taking a budget flight! You can eat and rest there!
Nowadays, many credit cards offer free access to airport lounges. This time, we used the Amex Explore Card, which provides eight free lounge visits a year. Also, the first year is free of charge, which is a great deal! This lounge is located at Gate No.1 - Plaza Premium Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport!
👍 There are around ten main dishes, eight salads, two soups with noodles and vermicelli, bread, various teas, and coffees. Basically, having a simple meal before boarding the plane is more than enough! The lounge also offers various seating options, all with sockets for charging devices. Some sofa seats are very comfortable!
👎 It gets very crowded during busy mornings, so be prepared for a long wait! The shower facilities inside are not available unless you make a reservation in advance!
