Focusing on the food, we ordered 4 dishes on our Monday night visit - 稻成炒饭, 大葱爆山羊片, 川椒回锅肉, and 黄金瑶柱汤包. Are they any good?稻成炒饭 - Actually fairly well done. All frozen food, but the cook has done a good job making the dish palatable.大葱爆山羊片 - The sauce was very nice (better if a bit thicker), but there were no slice of meat, only shreds.川椒回锅肉 - This is the worst. Again, the sauce was decent, but the meat was hard and difficult to bite into (probably cooked while the meat was still frozen).黄金瑶柱汤包 -

黄金瑶柱汤包 - Your ordinary 小笼包, nothing really special. But by calling a different name, they charge $9 a piece.
Overall, at most 2.5 out of 5, and even less if compare to my favorites – 奥海城金满庭 (both food and service), 美孚家传沪晓 (food more than service), and 青衣城前门饭庄 (food only). Will there be a next time to this 揾笨 MK style restaurant - I don't think so. Please see the Service Story.
