❌肉质极韧 meat (teeny-tiny bit clung to the fatty tissue) is chewy and tough
🤯烧鹅皮完全不香,不脆 skin is soft like it was steamed
🤢烧鹅汁太咸,香料太重,带不出肉香甜味,反而带出骚味(味道似鸭,但又比烧鸭难食) too salty and seasoning/spice only “overly enhanced” the gamy taste of goose
🤮肉汁极少,或者应该说肉份量极少,肥膏太多,半只烧鹅肉的份量不及街坊酒家一份烧鹅例牌 meat (if any) is not juicy
🙅🏻‍♂️每一件烧鹅都太油腻,当日或隔夜煎/炒/微波炉叮都救不了。tooooooooooo much FAT


👎🏻失望是单轮鹅肉味道,肥瘦比例,皆极度离谱;
👎🏻失望是我外卖到家,才发觉烧鹅变成烧肥膏;
⁉️运气差,鹅供应有一两只特肥❓
无错👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻我最失望是烧味厨房师傅,斩料师傅,包装外卖楼面员工竟然冇一人认为如此🤬肥🤬的烧鹅有问题。
(落单时我绝无任何额外要求,因认为一般烧味舖头亦应该只出售”合理肥瘦度”的烧味)
If I were the chef, I would never serve/allow such quality of the supposedly signature dish


与家人非常喜欢烧鹅,
自问对食物亦有少许研究,香港中国内地英国的烧鹅亦试过。


米芝莲,名牌,街坊小店,连锁:
深井陈记,深井裕记,镛记,一乐烧鹅,卅二公馆。。。即烤和外卖都尝试过。
只计名二代/副线:
裕鹅庄,镛镛艺尝馆。。。都尝试过。
肯定这是我人生吃过最难吃最恐怖的烧鹅。


完全因为棋哥的名字才会特地到深水埗以近300大元的价钱买半只烧鹅。
从来不写食评但外卖回家,越吃越愤怒。
希望大家不会成为下一受害者。
