攞定电话预备拍片未先!这道菜上枱时餐厅职员会用枪将荔枝味烟熏打入Whisky杯上的气泡内,当笃爆个弹弹下嘅波时白烟就冒出,你会闻到一阵荔枝烟熏香,再嗅一下杯Whisky然后倒佢落啲鹅肝上面就食得,好好玩!厚切鹅肝口感软腍油润,同酒味浓烈的Whisky好夹
