好耐冇去日本成日都心思思🥲‼️近排係銅鑼灣開咗一間日本高級餐廳,店內裝修係日本庭園風!好似穿越左去古代嘅日本咁💁🏻♀️✨!btw店員都好nice好搞笑,會同我地吹下水😂-今次食左:1️⃣「鰻魚鵝肝墨魚汁卷🦑($188)」鰻魚同鵝肝都好肥美🤩,所以搭配青瓜解解膩🥒,咦點解個卷物係黑蚊蚊嘅呢?係因為落咗墨魚汁,簡直係高級嘅卷物,每一啖都係享受😈✨~ Foie gas and grilled eel squid ink Japanese rice rolls: w/ cucumber 👍🏻-2️⃣「一瀧唐揚炸三瀨雞🐔($78)」又係黑色嘅😂,放心唔係燶咗,而係都係墨汁,食落外脆內軟,用咗好嫩嘅雞髀肉🍗,配mayonnaise岩岩好~Japanese deep-fried chicken: w/ mayonnaise, made of squid ink 👍🏻-3️⃣「烏魚子溫泉蛋爆布瀧麵🍜($98)」超級fansy omg😳,好似毛筆咁嘅樣原來係soba!麵條配雞蛋食好滑、好香、好順口,呢個份量有d小,不過睇店員嘅「乾冰show」就抵返🤣~Soba with soft boild egg and soba

呢杯係冇酒精飲品,幾好飲,飲落係好清新嘅荔枝定桃茶🍑,btw店員好似變魔法咁整個bubble出嚟!✨

呢間連環境舒適,行高級路線,所以定價較高,有日本師傅進駐,食物質素大多都ok,btw最正係有show睇同埋店員都識搞氣氛✨~
