这次没有预先book 位，只是walk-in 食晚饭。这次坐下后来看到餐厅的台凳原来像课室的一样，有那些年的感觉⌛️Ordered了 两个set dinner，日本蚝烟肉白忌廉汁日本米意大利饭饭一上桌已经闻到好浓郁的蚝香味，白汁有很香浓蚝味，饭没有像意大利饭一样煮成半生，软硬到比较付合港人的口味。饭面有刨片的芝士，饭配有烟肉，青瓜片和 Baby Spinach等，蚝有四只，蚝真的很Creamy 味道很香浓，煮得软硬适中，真的很赞餐汤今次也是蘑菇汤，够浓郁，保持水准，十分够热香草烧三黄鸡（半只）配烧黑松露薯角，青胡椒汁鸡份量大，系半只鸡，鸡煮得刚好，肉质不会韧，鸡腌得够味又不会太咸，而薯角的松露味不太浓，汁酱方面，青胡椒味也不太出但味道ok的。这里的服务员都很年青，也有礼貌。埋单时店员提了诚品会员有9折优惠，即免了加一。Didn’t make any reservations. 鸡份量大，系半只鸡，鸡煮得刚好，肉质不会韧，鸡腌得够味又不会太咸，而薯角的松露味不太浓，汁酱方面，青胡椒味也不太出但味道ok的。
这里的服务员都很年青，也有礼貌。

We ordered two set dinner.
Pan-fried Japanese Oyster, Bacon, White Wine Cream Sauce, Japanese Rice Risotto
I could smell the strong oyster flavor when the risotto was served. The white wine sauce had a rich flavor of oyster. The rice isn’t half-cooked as risotto Italian style. It was relatively soft to suit the taste of Hong Kong people. The risotto contains bacon, sliced zucchini, baby spinach, and four pieces of oyster with peeled hard cheese on top.
The oysters tasted very creamy. The texture was just fine and soft. The dish was excellent
The mushroom cream, as last time, was good and served piping hot
Roasted Three-Yellow Chicken (half), Black Truffle Potato Wedges, Green Peppercorn Sauce.
The chicken was big without overcooked. It was marinated well without being too salty.
The truffle flavor of the potato wedges was not significant.
The green peppercorn was not significant in the brown sauce.
The staff here were young and polite.
When pay the bill at the cashier, the staff reminded us Eslite member could enjoy 10% discount, which means service charge is waived.
