豚鸭沾面最为出色，汤头以5斤鸭肉连皮熬制2小时，有别于常见偏咸的沾面汤底，汤头较清甜，且可尝到点点鸭油香，🤤整碗吃完亦不觉油腻。沾面面条较粗，有嚼劲。Something special and unexpected to have duck ramen! 😊The soup is full of the scent and oil essence of duck! It is not too salty but rather fresh and sweet as for Tsukemen Ramen. 😚But still, I expect more layers of flavours in this bowl of ramen. 🙊

唔知呢个系咪蟹肉薯饼嘅普遍问题，就系只尝到薯蓉味道，略嫌蟹肉味道不够突出。😟只靠配上嘅吉列猪扒烧汁，够酸甜解腻，带起味道。🧐No sign of Crab but only the taste of mashed potatoes. Though great texture but disappointed filling.

💁🏻♀️ 虽然佢都好食，汤底特别。但可能期望太高，佢未去到令我想再次到访！😅 It’s not that perfect until I’ll plan my second visit. 🤭
💁🏻♀️ 排队要等好耐，另加中场休息 (16:15-18:00) Long queue and be aware of resting time between 16:15-18:00. 👍🏻
