Though we can’t dine out after 6 pm due to pandemic in Hk, we can still seize our golden lunch time to have yummy food 😋 This weekend I tried a new Hong Kong style restaurant “荣哥煮场” in Mongkok with my friend👭 They are now offering a hotpot set lunch for two which is very worthwhile to try! 🤩Fish maw chicken soup lunch set (for two servings) 🍲 $2681. The soup was the highlight of this menu! Many fish maws were put inside and made the soup full of collagens and nutrients🤩 Chicken meat was so soft and yummy. We have finished up all the soup in seconds 🤣
3. Shrimp balls with yuzu sauce
We can choose one dish from a selection. This time we chose yuzu shrimp balls 🍤 The shrimp balls were deep fried till crispy and brownish. And the yuzu sauce made the whole dish so refreshing 😍
4. Daily dessert (white wood ear soup)
近期无左晚市，想偷懒唔煮出去食，只可以把握weekend lunch time😆 今次同朋友试左旺角新开一间港式风味美食「荣哥煮场」🤤 听讲距地既主厨荣哥大有来头，系中华厨神比赛冠军🤩依家有个自选二人餐，可以自由选择一个煲底同小菜，仲有前菜、白饭同甜品，感觉好抵食😍所以即刻去试下😋
二人自选套餐 $268
1. 开胃前菜
距地既开胃菜系凉拌黑木耳，酸酸地唔辣好清爽，够晒开胃😋
2. 浓汤花胶鸡煲🍲
距地有成五款煲底可以选择，今次我同闺蜜就拣左花胶鸡煲🥘 里面有劲多花胶，份量十足！而且鸡肉好嫩滑，绝对够两个人食🥢不过最精华既就系个汤，一滚起一定要饮啖靓汤先🤢花胶同鸡煲到入晒味，里面全部都系骨胶原，我地两个女仔食完连汤都饮晒😆
3. 自选小菜
有成15款小菜畀我地选择，我同闺蜜因为好多都想试，考虑左下先决定好今次要试左柚子虾球先😆 虾球大大粒，炸到表皮金黄色而且好脆口🍤最赞系个柚子酱，本身炸嘢比较腻，但系个酱够晒清新，酸酸甜甜，同虾球好夹！
4. 是日甜品
呢个餐真系好抵食，前菜到甜品样样有齐，而且今次甜品仲系美颜圣品银耳羹😍 啱啱食完咁多骨胶原既花胶鸡，再食埋银耳羹，真系啱晒我地女士们😍
