The Pizza Project 开咗新分店喺湾仔星街，呢间店坐得更加舒服同chill，brunch menu 170蚊，两个人可以拣一个前菜、一个沙律、两个pizza、两个甜品，Truffle Pizza 非常之有松露香同portobello mushroom 嘅菇菌香，甜品Nutella Gnocco Fritto又系唔可以错过，非常之香脆烟韧！First time trying out their new Wan Chai location in Star Street - the seating was very comfy with a relaxed atmosphere. First time trying out their new Wan Chai location in Star Street - the seating was very comfy with a relaxed atmosphere. The brunch menu included one starter, one salad, two pizzas, and two desserts. The Carbonara Pizza was always good, but the Truffle Pizza with potatoes, portobello mushroom, and freshly shaved truffle was just the perfect combination for that crispy and chewy dough. For dessert, definitely go for the Nutella Gnocco Fritto - sweet, crispy, chewy, fluffy! Oh and all the wines (including sparking) were just HKD300 per bottle - plus the friendly staffs - it might be one of my favourite places for brunch!
