有无人同我一样咁中意食完 #黑蒜 周围对住人 呵气最近中左 #沾面 毒，好像总吃不够一样🙈今天在这边选了 黑蒜汁，跟很多拉面店一样，客人都可以自己选择 要 // 不要 配料。这边除了面的份量，还可以选叉烧的份量！很适合像我一样 不超级喜欢吃肉的人！叉烧有两款；梅头 // 腩肉圆形的梅头比较瘦 ； 长条形的腩肉就较肥美糖心蛋很香酒味 调味刚刚好 流心程度也是很亮眼！ 真 的 很 好 吃！面条有分粗幼，可是午市只有幼的。下次想晚上来，吃粗的！今天幼的也挺有咬口，很不错！今天吃了中分量的，对我来说刚刚好，男生应该要点大的！沾汁蒜味 极 香 浓！生蒜&炸蒜的配合 - 超邪恶的味道！每一条面条都被沾汁包围！吃完面后，加了猪骨汤，也是一个不同的享受！拉面师傅非常可爱 让人想要很快再去的店同行的表示已经想返去 疯了注 意 * 小店三点后休息，六点再开！小店只有大概十个位#tsukemen again and againnnn! #tsukemen again and againnnn! Tried the black garlic soup and it turned out to be a great pleasure!! The noodles were of course chewy and the soup base was incredibly rich in garlic flavour from the raw & fried garlic bits. After dipping the noodles in the base, the noodles were completely wrapped by the soup and every mouthful came with profound evil garlic flavour.
There were two kinds of cha-siu! One with distinct layers of fat and meat and the other was thinner, almost without fat. The soft boiled egg was definitely one of the best among all i have tried! I adored the mini yolk lava so much ( check the previous post)! It was almost tooooo beautiful to eat!
