🐔西式🐔◽今次要介绍嘅餐厅系位于上环嘅 Classic Creations Cafe。坐落于一个小巷之中，环境较为宁静，有种远离烦嚣嘅感觉。装潢围绕音乐作为主题，拜访黑胶唱机、唱片、及挂上一墙音乐人嘅画像。食物质素有惊喜，惟有几款想食嘅菜式皆已售罄，希望下次到访嘅时候可以品尝到。Classic Creations Cafe is located in an alley in Sheung Wan, where you can feel away from the hustle and bustle. The cafe is decorated in a musical theme, with vinyl players. records, and portraits of musicians. The food quality is surprisingly great. Classic Buffalo Wings $60
水牛城鸡翼嘅酸辣味到调配得恰到好处，可口同时惹味。内里肉质鲜嫩，富肉汁，颇为出色。
The sourness and spiciness of the Buffalo Wings are just right, which tastes delicious and exquisite. The flesh is juicy and tender, which is quite outstanding.

Meatballs with Homemade Tomato Basil Sauce $65
肉丸富肉香，同时混入少量软骨增添质感。自家制嘅番茄酱极为开胃，从番茄嘅酸味之中加入少量香草，令味道更有层次。我哋两个都好欣赏依道小食。
The meatballs taste rich with the addition of cartilage. The homemade tomato sauce is extremely appetizing, as the basil gives an extra aroma to the sourness of the tomato sauce. We both appreciate these meatballs.

Dirty $49
冻奶底加一 Shot 热嘅 Espresso，该强烈对比正好系 Dirty 嘅独特之处，不妨一试。
The strong contrast between cold milk and hot espresso is unique to Dirty, which you would like to try.

Chocolate $50
朱古力味道香浓，而质感顺化，与小食嘅味道搭配。
The chocolate tastes rich and smooth, and matches well with the snacks.
