Satay beef noodles has been my all time favourite cha chaan teng dish and this bowl really satisfies me! The satay sauce here is extra rich and thick with a hint of sweetness, while the taste of peanut is not too prominent. The beef is tender and I love how the soup perfectly sticked to the instant noodles! The texture of the noodles are cooked to just right (like al dente?😂). Pair it with a sunny side up and sausages 😍 Highly recommended for satay beef fans out there!
