这餐室是大埔同名潮州粉面档的分别店, 不用潮州粉面档而以餐室命名, 也是相当合理, 因为主打的除了潮式粉面外, 也有烧卖以及三文治, 所以这比很多同类食肆更丰富. 先说其鱼肉烧卖, 说是老板得到高人启发而成, 用上鲮鱼肉和猪肉的内馅包制而成, 相当饱满之余, 鱼味也比同类的更丰富, 再加上大量芫荽, 味道更香, 当然也是很Love or Hate的. 除了蒸之外, 餐厅也有炸的做法, 吃起来就像包了外皮的炸鲮鱼球一样, 外皮香脆内𥚃弹牙, 相当有趣.它的主轴是牛腩粉面, 没有点特别部位, 牛腩内里粉嫩, 口感不错肉香丰富, 只是部位偏瘦, 汤头比较平淡, 有点香但卤水不够入味. 除了牛腩外也有牛丸, 牛丸没有雪味, 吃起来没有很弹, 而是牛肉含量充足的实中带软, 有纤维的口感, 河粉够条理, 没有糊化, 质素OK.Lok Fu Dining Room is the branch from Lok Fu noodles stall in Tai app. Besides traditional beef brisket noodles, she offered siu mei that
